Afib: The rhythm atrial fibrillation is not incompatible with a safe colonoscopy. Your dr. Performing the colonoscopy needs to know you have afib and what your treatment and other history is.

Yes: But you will need to talk to the doctor performing as they will probably want you off of your anticoagulation before the procedure.
