Halflife: Any medication especially narcotics are eliminated from ones body depending on the drugs hale-life.  It usually will take over 5 half-lifes to allow a medication to be fully eliminated from the body including urine.
Oxycodone's half-life is 4.5 hours.

Lots to consider...: Given the extensive nature of evaluation but persistent symptoms, several scenarios are possible: 1) you need further evaluation to identify missed pathology; 2) its time to take a break from testing & treat your symptoms (sounds like bad things have been ruled out already); 3) your symptoms may in part be "functional". Repeat blood: If you are pregnant even with an ectopic you should have a positive beta HCG blood test.  Repeat blood test after 1 week and possibly have ultrasound if blood test positive.
