If you take control of your life and make healthy decisions, you will start to feel much better about your health and wellness. In this way you will understand the power of your own decision making. I believe your anxiety will improve if you do this. Think positively.

Anxiety Disorder?: You need to see your physician, a therapist or a psychiatrist to be evaluated for an anxiety disorder.  The first that comes to mind is gad (generalized anxiety disorder) mainly because i also suffer from it ; had many of the symptoms you describe before seeking treatment. Treatment can include counseling, medications or both.  Anxiety ; depression often go together also.

Sounds like it: Your symptoms definitely sound like anxiety. Visit your medical doctor. You need tests to rule out a medical condition that can mimic it (like hyperthyroidism or pheochromocytoma), and then visit a psychiatrist, who can offer proper treatment. Hope this helps!

See doctor: You're 16 and likely healthy. But first get checked by your pcp to make sure there is no medical reason for your hands shaking often and "not feeling good." Write down when this started, any triggers, what helps, any medications prescribed or OTC you take, any alcohol or drug use, caffeine intake, cigarette smoking and review with your doctor. Ask if anxiety could be the cause. Hope this helps.

: You might have a Heredofamilial Essential Tremor disorder, and on standing, a brief dip in your blood pressure, but this needs direct observation and exam by your physician to confirm or disconfirm.  Any evaluation should include a thyroid profile.

during migraines i have blind spots, anxiety in my chest, i puke, i shake, and sometimes my left hand goes numb. this is normal, right?

Unfortunately yes: Unfortunately yes, all those things can happen with severe migraine headaches. Your symptoms are more severe than most. There are medicines to help prevent migraines as well as medicines to help stop migraines. You may also have to lie down in a dark quiet place.
You poor thing - that sounds terrible! i hope your doctor is able to help you as described above.
