Maybe, but...: Just from the information presented, you can't be 100% sure. Early in pregnancy, HCG levels are expected to double every 2 days, so that looks good; any bleeding, anyhow, is cause for some concern.  Contact your dr. To discuss your problems, and if the bleeding worsens go to the er.  Good luck!

May not be pregnant: The HCG diet shots will make a pregnancy test positive. 
If the bleeding occurred when your period was due its most likely a period. Go to a doctor and have them evaluate you.  Depending upon the dose the HCG can stay in your blood stream for several days and give you a false positive pregnant test.

Not pregnant: If there is no HCG there is no pregnancy. There are lots of causes of cramping and low back pain and blood clots coming out every now and then is not a symptom of pregnancy. See your doctor for a full history, exam, and appropriate testing to find out what the problem is so that you can fix it. Hope this helps.

missed my period for 2 months. possibly never got it. i had a blood clot on my tampon with white and black spots. i did take hcg shots and blood work hcg levels was 28 and 5 days later it was 35. took 25units of hcg p/day for about 20 days.

Hcg diet can change : Hcg shots can certainly cause you to miss your period. If you have stopped them I would repeat the hcg level in a few days to ensure it is trending down to zero. If you have any significant pain you should go to ER.

HCG: If the original HCG values were low the treatment should restore that but I am surprised that you are concerned after only three days. If you do feel worse after three days please call your doctor.

i have what i believe is known as hematochezia i was recently taking hcg drops for weight loss but as of dec 9 2012 i stoppd for maintenance phase and my stools hardened and became harder to pass and when i do have a bowel movement there is dark red blood

Could be: Hemmroids seem likely. Rec a stool softener and if symptoms persist seek out a GI md to do a colono to eval.

: A significant bleeding from trauma or a bleeding lesion anywhere in the urinary tract (kidneys, ureters, bladder, prostate in man) can be the cause of blood clot in the urine. For a lady, we have to make sure the bleeding is from the urinary tract not from the genital tract, i.e. uterus and vagina.

: There have been instances of constant cold applications causing damage to skin and other tissues. If a vein is injured from such excessive &amp; continuous, instead of intermittent ,cold application it is possible that clotting within the vein  &amp; phlebitis could occur but I've never seen such a case.

Yes, it can: Yes, it can esp if flight is long and if pt  isprone to get blood clots eg obese, on contraceptives etc.
