Complex: Risk of anaphylaxis from immunotherapy depends on many factors: identifying the allergens causing the symptoms, severity of symptoms, whether well controlled prior to start of therapy, choosing the right allergens and right concentrations, assessment at each visit prior to administration of therapy, and observation for at least 30 minutes. Very rare in the hands of a competent allergist, good luck

Phobia is possible: Anxiety can cause a significant impact on your health and may need to be addressed by a health professional.  For the record, allergy may exist even if skin tests are negative.  Tests may be falsely negative for a variety of reasons.  If there is a history of severe reactions to a food it still may be necessary to avoid the food even if a skin test is negative.

Doubtful: It is rare for a child of this age to have hayfever symptoms.  I would check her out with your doctor and possibly an allergist to find the cause of her symptoms, whatever they may be.  Nasal saline mist is helpful for congestion and stuffy nose, i would not recommend giving her any regular antihistamines or other drugs.

Pollen allergy: The old term "hay fever" is antiquated and not very descriptive as it usually is only sometimes related to hay and there is no fever.  Therefore the more modern terms are seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis---meaning allergic inflammation of the nose.  Pollen allergy would be a seasonal allergy triggered by pollen.

Not unusual: Signifiant inflammation may take a few ays to go away, or you may be reacting to other allergens in the air such as molds.People with inflamed sinuses are at greater susceptibility to infections, so you may have caught a virus or developed a bacterial sinus infection during the time your nose was swollen and your sinuses weren't able to drain.
