Doubtful: It is rare for a child of this age to have hayfever symptoms. I would check her out with your doctor and possibly an allergist to find the cause of her symptoms, whatever they may be. Nasal saline mist is helpful for congestion and stuffy nose, i would not recommend giving her any regular antihistamines or other drugs.
