Shoulder: You can have a general anesthetic via IV or a regional block. I prefer a regional block where the area is numbed out and you get light sedation.

Sedation: Most if not all patients require some sedation for endoscopies. Usually this is accomplished by medication through an iv. Some patients, usually children, do not want an IV while they are awake, so an anesthesiologist can use gas to sedate the patient and then place an iv. The rest of the sedation will be done via the iv. Local anesthetic alone is not usually effective.

: You'll need to discuss this with the oral surgeon who will be administering the anesthesia. They need to know exactly what drugs you are using to avoid complications during the procedure.

It may: Certain cancer treatments like using pozapinib and sunitinib  can cause silver/gray color changes. A lot of people who loose their hair with chemo experience a new patern, texture and color when their hair grows again.

Accepted Answer

Absolutely: Most hair at birth is pretty dark.  This will eventually shed (some lose it slowly and others fast - that's why you see bald babies sometimes).  The permanent hair color will be growing in at about 6 months and may be a different color altogether.  Hope that helps!
