Not likely: Gastritis happens because the stomach produces too much acid. Swallowing a small amount of semen is not likely to cause that problem. If you dislike oral sex and are being pressured into doing it, then the stress of that pressure can cause gastritis.

Certainly testable: the current tests for HIV look for both the virus and immune reaction to it. It would show the virus by 3 weeks if it were there.
and nervousness often causes increased stomach acid and pain and ulcer.

Gastritis/diarrhea ?: The tests mentioned rule out many viral causes, but gastritis with diarrhea may arise from a lactose intolerance as well as gastric reflux disease, Crohn's disease or irritable bowel disease.  Get a referral to a GI specialist to determine the cause.

Probably not HIV: Acute HIV infection is very unlikely for these symptoms, and HIV is almost never acquired by oral sex. (There are few if any proved cases of HIV transmitted mouth to penis.) This sounds like gastrointestinal infection, probably nothing to do with the sexual exposure, although it is possible you acquired a GI infection during that event. Discuss with your doctor. Yes: Vaginal secretions can contain hiv. Hiv can be tranferred by oral sex, though less likely, more likely to happen if the oral mucosa has bleeding, but this can be caused by things as simple as brushing the teeth too aggressively or having severe gingivitis.

So yes you will exchange these organisms but don’t worry about this.

Unprotected sex: alone increases your chances of pregnancy.  The antibiotic in this circumstance, without using an oral contraceptive makes little difference in the outcome.  Antibiotics would only be a factor if you were on an oral contraceptive.
