i am experiencing  heel pain, foot weakness and foot pain, especially in my instep i dont have gout or uric aci, normally pain in the morning.

Plantar fasciitis: This sounds like it could be plantar fasciitis. Try resting from any heavy running, pounding exercise, and roll your foot on a tennis ball every night while seated. Ibuprofen can help for inflammation. Avoid flip flops as well.

with a uric acid level of 8.5, is gout a possible etiology for inner and out heel pain? the big toe is not presenting as a normal bunion would with traditional gout. curious if it can affect the heel, or even joints in the hands.

Yes: Gout can affect the heel and joints of the hand though much less often than bid toe.

No: Gout is extremely unlikely in a 28 year old female. In addition, it usually involves the base of the first toe. See a rheumatologist. Your foot issue is likely due to another cause, not gout.

Arthritis, etc: Different forms of arthritis, pseudogout, capsulitis, fracture to a joint, metatarsalgia, synovitis, cysts, to name a few.  If you are not sure and are having pain, make sure to see your podiatrist before the condition becomes chronic or worse.

Not Gout: If it has pus draining...It isn't gout. It needs to be checked out right away. You need to make sure there isn't an infection.

Yes: Because the gout can cause the big toe pain and then because of that you may walk funny as to not put pressure on the big toe....Not uncommon.

Gout and Sciatica?: This would be quite rare.  Being that gout is a joint based inflammatory condition, this is highly unlikely.  Keep working on getting that UA level under 6 though.  Sciatica can be successfully treated though with icing, stretching, physical therapy and even anti-inflammatories (motrin, naprosyn, (naproxen) etc.).
