Gonnorea: Will not present in this way.  You mat have folliculitis if it's like little pimples but if they are like little sores and hurt u need to get seen, could be a skin infection of some sort but i would get checked.

Get examined: "Purplish bumps" may not be abnormal, maybe just blood vessels, looking more prominent because of inflammation from gonorrhea or chlamydia. But genital herpes or warts might be possible as well. Presumably you saw a doctor, right? If not (e.g. if you arranged your own testing through a lab or on line), of if your doctor didn't examine you closely, return to the office right away. Good luck!

Other things: It can be genital warts, molluscum contagiousum, pearly penile papules. infection of the hair follicules. You need to see a doctor in person.

See a doctor: there are a dozen things it could be. you want to make sure it's not warts, and you want to get a diagnosis so it will ease your mind. I would recommend a dermatologist here, because primary care usually does not have the experience or time to research , test, and diagnose this, and will probably refer you in the end

Needs an exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. A doctor should be able to look at the bump you are referring to and determine if any other testing is needed

Urinary Tract: Pain is not usually seen with stis. That is why on your previous question there is much more to the story. In most of our clinics (those of us who are experts in stds) you would be treated for both gonorrhea and chlamydia. Your physicians treated one but not the other.

Rash and others: Local infection can manifest discharge, bleeding, and difficulty/painful urination.   Evidence of infection may be found in the throat or eyes. Sometimes, if not treated quickly enough, the infection can spread to other parts of the body which may manifest as a rash, heart disease, arthritis, and/or confusion. If infected with gonorrhea, co-infection with other sore-producing stds is possible.

No, but...: No, but if gonorrhea infection becomes manifest with the pain and discharge left untreated, you won't have a need for "growth" as that "item" will be "out of business" anyway.
