Yes: All contraceptive methods have some degree of pregnancy risk.  In this scenario, if you were on the pills for more than 24-48 hours, presumably ovulation is being suppressed.  Ovulation is necessary for pregnancy; other than situations were ART (Artificial Reproductive Technology) is being used.  If ovulation is being suppressed, the likelihood of pregnancy is quite low. Delayed period: Plan b will not delay your period for two months. If you are not pregnant, your periods are rob ably delayed because of worry/stress. Your doctor can prescribe some pills to take for 7-10 days to start your period and ease your mind that all is ok.

Usually: Hi, I don't know why you had hysteroscopy. Was it done for menstrual abnormality to begin with? Usually a mense will begin after finishing progestin. If you are concerned with your menstrual patter, speak with your doctor who prescribed the medication.

Morning after pill?: If you took a morning after pill, it can alter the subsequent period. There's no way to predict exactly how long it will be delayed.  But if you had unprotected intercourse last cycle, even though the chances of pregnancy are low, just to be safe, i'd take a pregnancy test. An over the counter test should show positive if conception occurred at least 2 weeks ago.

Usually not: Duphaston is designed to treat uterine bleeding disorders; it does not effect ovulation so it should not impact the period.  It is a progesterone agent that simply treats a lack of progesterone.

Typical with Plan B: Plan b essentially disrupts the normal menstrual cycle by blocking or delaying ovulation. That it is how it works and why it is so different than a medical abortion. Irregular bleeding after taking Plan B is not rare. Always check a pregnancy test after using Plan B and see a doctor to start a better form of birth control.

It is currently available in some countries in Europe. It is more effective than Plan B.  It shuts down the progesterone support for a developing pregnancy, and this would likely start up bleeding.

Not really: Timing of periods are affected by hormone levels, and unless you are super anemic, these would not be affected by iron deficiency. Might i suggest high iron foods like spinach, broccoli, greens, and obviously meats and organ meats (ie:liver). You need to look for other reasons for delayed period.
