Yes: All contraceptive methods have some degree of pregnancy risk. In this scenario, if you were on the pills for more than 24-48 hours, presumably ovulation is being suppressed. Ovulation is necessary for pregnancy; other than situations were ART (Artificial Reproductive Technology) is being used. If ovulation is being suppressed, the likelihood of pregnancy is quite low.
