In your chest : Air goes in and out of your lungs.  Any trapping might cause one lung to inflate more than the other.  If you get a bleb which ruptures you get a pneumothorax.  If you have any shortness or breath or feel you have air trapping - see your doctor who will listen to your lungs and confirm this.

Might not be Gas.: If you are having chest pressure or pain you should see a doctor immediately.  Anginal symptoms can be misleading and are best evaluated by a medical professional in person.

Gas: Usually, this "gas" is in the stomach, just beneath the diaphragm. Using something that would diminish gas production such as gas-x or digel can help you burp and relieve the pressure. If this problem persists, however, a visit to the gastroenterologist is in order.

: Sinus bradycardia, (as long as the slow heart rate doesn't drop into the 40's or cause symptoms) &amp;sinus arrhythmia are common &amp; not serious in young people. In addition to avoiding gassy foods&amp; beverages, take simethicone 1/2 hour after meals to prevent gas buildup. Drinking hot water breaks down gas &amp;lets it pass

Check it out!: I am always concerned about chest symptoms; you could be having heart symptoms and should be evaluated. It certainly could be reflux, gallbladder disease, or poor stomach motility.
