Gas: Usually, this "gas" is in the stomach, just beneath the diaphragm. Using something that would diminish gas production such as gas-x or digel can help you burp and relieve the pressure. If this problem persists, however, a visit to the gastroenterologist is in order.

See a dr. : Gas pressure in chest is very odd. I would be concerned with reflux or a hiatal hernia. This is something that requires further investigation plus exam. Please see a physician.
