Yes: Viruses can certainly cause those symptoms...Not everyone gets every symptom a virus 'can' produce.

Hot: Unusual complaint. If your urine is "hot" do you have a fever.  Increased body temperature would cause your urine to have increased temperature.  With your other symptoms it seems you have an infection of some type.

Sounds serious: Severe pain after cataract surgery is not common.  An adverse effect to analgesics could cause those symptoms, but serious causes need to be considered.  A headache could be due to high intraocular pressure or even an infection.  It wouldn't seem that the shoulder pain is due to the surgery but could it be due to another cause like heart disease?  Call your eye surgeon immediately.

You : You may be reacting to any one of a number of things.Charcoal grills produce poisonous carbon monoxide gas, so you need to use it in a well ventilated area. When meats are cooked on a grill; the fat that drips below onto the charcoal  & can form  polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (pahs).  The pah rises with the smoke and becomes absorbed in the meat as well as being inhaled.  Heterocyclic amines (hcaâ€™s) can form in meat due to the heat released during grilling. Charcoal contains coal dust and limestone which can also become airborne and can be inhaled.  Patients who are treated with activated charcoal can have an allergic reaction with hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
  I suggest you keep your distance from grills and grilled meats. Stay well.

: Need normal values for your lab. The ones u give would be low so not Vit D toxicity.  Discuss with local Dr.

Lets not get carried: There is no such entity as trapped gas. I think you are over reacting to something which is imaginery. I would advice you to take your attention off of these little items which will come and go and need to be ignored.  Let your mind be not too focused and worried about illness. Young people do not get sick all that easily. So quit worriying. Go take a daily walk(20-30 mi, you will feel good all da.

Gas and Headache: There could be a relationship between them if something in your diet is causing reactions in your body.  They may also be two separate problems.  Consider trying an elimination diet and follow up with your physician for further evaluation.
