Not likely IBS alone: While it is possible your ibs may be causing gasiness, you more likely are describing a urologic problem like urethritis or even an ascending kidney infection. At the very least, you warrant examination physically and of your urine, and may need antibiotics.  Call your doctor please.

Many possibilities: In the U.S. I would wonder if you have autonomic dysfunction,  if you like, a variant of irritable bowel syndrome.    In Punjab there may likely be infectious agents associated with these symptoms.   I wish I could be of more help but without examining you and possibly even doing some testing it is simply so hard to say.   An exam, history, and perhaps simple testing is where to start.

Vague symptoms: All of these are very vague symptoms. If you think you could be pregnant you need to get a pregnancy test. If urinary symptoms persists then you need to also get tests done to rule out infection.

Irregular timing: of ovulation, is most likely  reason,  delayed or absent ovulation will cause you to be late.  Possibly polycystic ovarian syndrome, could be a cause.  See your doctor for testing and treatment, to correct ovulation issues.

Needs investigation: Complex symptoms such as these need a full history and investigations such as a colonoscopy or MRI to rule out sinister causes such as malignancy. It is prudent that you see a specialist if your family doctor is unable to determine the cause of your symptoms

Many symptoms...: With many symptoms, a primary care doctor can check to see if more than one illness is going on. Minor variations in female hormones can cause some of the symptoms. Frequent urination can be due to habit, drinking lots of fluids, a bladder infection, etc... Viral illnesses, digestive disorders, and other problems can cause some of the symptoms. So, an evaluation will help figure things out.

Hard to guess: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. Can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If not pregnant, a doctor can evaluate any persistent or worrisome symptoms.

Exam needed: Pains in that region can be from appendix, intestinal, urinary bladder or pelvic organ origin. I recommend being examined by a physician or gynecologist promptly as pelvic inflammatory disease and/or urinary bladder irritation or infection is a concern especially in view of associated chills.
