Unclear: It is commonly thought that obesity contributes to gallstones, and for some patients that is true. But not all overweight patients have gallstones. And many thin patients have stones. There is clearly some sort of genetic predisposition to form them, which is probably an underlying cause in most cases.

Well see your family: Doctor.  If you have right upper quadrant pain and chills... You currently dont have a fever - check your temperature more closely.

If it goes above 101 you need to see a doctor. If you are an elderly patient sometimes you cannot make a fever so in that case go see your doctor immediately.

Yes: Gallstones can cause digestive symptoms, mimic heart attacks and if the gallbladder becomes infected, can cause serious sepsis and jaundice. This would certainly cause muscle weakness.

gallstones for 40 years. now  just developed itching skin over the body but no jaundice!can one have itching skin without  jaundice from gallstones?

Not likely...: Pruritis - or itchy skin - is not a typical symptom of gallstones.  It can be, however, an occult sign of liver disease so you should see your doctor with these complaints and get your liver checked.  Good luck!

i have itching all over the body. i have 1.6 mg/dl bilirubin level. gone through ultrasound, everything is normal. no gallstone. no yellowing of skin.

Likely unrelated: Your isolated bilirubin of 1.6 may be a normal finding for you (assuming all other liver tests are alright). Hepatitis testing done? Some people can have a slight elevation of bilirubin ; be normal for them, called gilbert's syndrome. The itching may be evaluated by a dermatologist for a skin condition.

Fat mobilization: Rapid weight loss occurs from fat mobilization, including cholesterol and cholestrol is a content of some gall stones. You should aim of about one pound/week for weight loss.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Pain: Gallbladder pain from gallstones is usually in the abdomen right under the lower tip of the breast bone and/ or under the right rib cage. It can radiate to the back, and is sometimes associated with nausea or vomiting. It can also be brought on 30-60 minutes after eating. Hope this helps!
