There are many other causes for dizziness or headache. You need to be evaluated by your primary care doctor, possibly an otolaryngologist, and possibly a neurologist.

Eye exam: Pressure in the eyes can mean many things, the most concerning is glaucoma. This is diagnosed on the basis of an eye exam. You may try artificial tear lubricating eye drops to help the symptoms.

Vertigo: This sounds like benign positional vertigo however the fact that you are having headaches as well compounds the symptoms. The symptoms have been going on for a while now and if you haven't had any improvement at all you may need imaging such as CT scan to ensure there is no other cause
