Beware belly 'lump': Any mass that is palpable in the abdomen needs to be evaluated by a physician.  A large ovarian cyst or fibroid uterus are two gynecologic possibilities.  Pregnancy, of course should be excluded.  But, other organs live in the region as well.  See the doctor.

Depends on your coun: Generally it takes a while to build up your count with iron supplements. Your doctor should come up with a rigid plan if your anemia is severe. Good luck!
