Methamphetamine: Not everything is known about drug exposures in the fetus.  Vision problems is not probably related but who can know for sure as we do not know how much drug was used, and often there is poly drug use and alcohol exposure.

Stop now: The baby has been affected by your gf's smoking. The sooner she stops, the better. There are no discrete test to measure the level of exposure to tobacco, in-utero. Her smoking is affecting your health and will affect the health of the new born as well.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Unlike the warnings you may have been given about other dangers in life, the perils of methamphetamine are as described. But if what you are asking is how can it be detected after birth, the answer depends on what they are testing.  If they test the baby's first stool (meconium) it will basically be a record of months of exposure. If urine, 2-5 d.

No: I do hope that your experimenting with meth is history.  I'm basing my answer on a pretty good understanding of human physiology, although of course nobody's going to do an experiment to test it. Perhaps this is why others may have waffled.
