Yes: Yes, you can have both.  They're unrelated, so unfortunately, one doesn't buy you a pass from the other.

my wife has 99.5 degree fever and cold as she is 14 week pregnant.do i need to worry or should she have crocin tablets.will it not affect baby?

Avoid using: Crocin has acetaminophen, which is safe in appropriate doses in pregnancy.  It also has caffeine which you should limit exposure to in pregnancy.

Depends   : It depends on the cause of the cough and fever. If it is a virus, it has to run it's course. You need to treat the fever and give him plenty of fluids and rest. Cold medicines don't help. If it's more than a cold ( sinus infection or pneumonia) only a physician can treat.The only way to know is to have him seen.

Possibly the flu: Rest fluids and pain killers, unless contraindicated, as NSAIDS, don't exceed recommended dosage and duration, you can alternate acetaminophen and NSAIDS every 4-6 hours as needed, if no improvement see your doctor for assessment and treatment plan, best wishes

One day should: Be fine for aspirin, or alka-seltzer, not sure what kind of cold medicine you consumed, but generally after  one day most of those common drugs would be out of your system, enjoy your baby
