Yes: It can cause pain anywhere in the belly or pelvis, in the middle, right left. The pain can be all the time or just at certain times, may be worse with periods and even sex. Endometriosis pain cause be unpredictable.

Endometriomas: Yes. Cysts of endometriosis in the ovaries are called endometriomas, which may cause pain, infertility, both or neither. If you are having difficult getting pregnant and/or you have very painful periods then laparoscopic surgery to remove the cyst(s) and any other endometriosis in your pelvis is usually helpful.

No: Ovarian endometriosis (called endometrioma) is associated with infertility but some women will not have a problem. We try not to remove the ovarian endometiomas these days because we may make the fertility potential worse. Medical therapy usually will not make them go away if they are over 1-2cm. Discuss your situation with your rei for options and stay positive.

Celiac disease: Celiac disease is a separate disease from ovarian cysts and endometriosis.  It can be difficult, however, to figure out which one is source of symptoms as all three can cause pelvic pain.  Your gyn can sort that out.

Yes: Endometriosis can spread.  If you have had it on an ovary, it can spread to the surface of the intestines.  Fortunately it doesn't always do this.  Best wishes!

Endometriosis: Hello,
You should have this evaluated as you may require surgery to address these findings.  As Endometriosis progresses/grows it can affect your bowels and urination.  For many women, there is also significant pain associated with Endometriosis and possible infertility depending on the extent of the Endometriosis.

pain in rt ovary, bladder&colon. with the suspicion of endometriosis can it be the cause even with no flow? rt lower side is worse with full bladder??

Endometriosis: can occur without menstrual irregularities. A Pelvil ultrasound / MRI are indicated usually followed by a biopsy. The treatment should be "in the hands of" a  GYNECOLOGIST familiar with the medical /surgical treatment of the disorder!

Inguinal pain ?'s: Lymph nodes in the "groin" ("inguinal area") are usually secondary to infection (bacterial or viral).  Ovarian cysts are not usually related to lymph node swelling/pain.  See your gyn physician for an exam and testing.

have had 4 full periods in the last 8 weeks. complex cyst in 1 ovary, endometriosis, adenomyosis.can cervical problems cause periods to come earlier?

No, see doctor: The cervix doesn't really have a role in period bleeding or abnormal bleeding - that comes from uterine issues like fibroids or adenomyosis, or hormonal causes. The cervix can bleed from trauma or lesions in the cervix or cervical cancer, but it is not period bleeding. If you have had 4 episodes of bleeding in 8 weeks, you need to see a doctor for evaluation and treatment options.
