Patch test: You can check just about any product for skin sensitivity/reaction/allergy by doing a patch test. If you place a dab of the material on the fabric part of a bandaid & place it in a location where it won't be disturbed. (back of a baby or underarm of older kid) leave it on overnight, if no reaction within that time frame the product is likely safe to use over long periods.

Hypoallergenic: Should look for the hypoallergenic or latex-free variety. The cheaper the item, the cheaper the material used to manufacture....The greater the risk of skin reactions. It is true that you really get what you pay for.

Diaper rash: is a generic term, can include allergic reaction (allergic contact dermatitis) to the diaper material, rare, most commonly is a fungal infection to the diaper area due to wetness, after antibiotics usage, etc., your best bet is to keep the area as dry as possible and use protective creams, if the rash persists please see your doctor

Epinephrine: If the baby is vomiting from an allergic reaction they need to receive Epinephrine asap. Seek medical help immediately.

when i was an infant, i had an allergic reaction to erythromycin. i still tell docs that i'm allergic to that med. is this still necessary?

PROBABLY, but...: Your 'allergy' to an antibiotic as an infant may not have been a true allergy e.g. What was the reaction? Rash? Or other reaction? The 'allergy'
 may or may not still exist in you currently but we usually do not take any chances.  We hardly use Erythromycin anymore so it is easy to get around.

my infant is suffering from a rush and her skin is changing colour. we went to pediatrician and he prescribed a formula called nan partially hydrolosed milk or similac total confort for allergic reaction due to cows milk. we have done so without help?

Hard to comment: True bovine milk allergy is rare &amp; only ~1/3 infants with eczema have a food associated allergy. No description of the rash was provided, so attributing it to the formula may not be valid. Any allergy induced rash can take weeks to clear even if it was due to the time needed for the offending material to exit the body &amp; time for skin recovery.

Yes: The dose is a teaspoon of the 12.5 mg/5 ml syrup per 25 lb. given as often as every 4-6 hrs.

: Infants don't have an immune system matured to the point that specific inhaled allergens can be accurately determined. Their congestion is routinely triggered by non-specific airborne irritants like dust/fragrances/pollen/smoke &amp; dozens of other agents.

Infantilism: This is not an uncommon issue.  Paraphilic Infantilism can involve wearing diapers, sucking on a pacifier, behaving like an infant. DSM 5 identifies is as a normal variant in behavior. Counseling is only indicated if the practices interfere with normal activities and responsibilities such as relationships, school, homework, extracurriculars. You do not have to play along if you are not comfortable

Sneezing : Sneezing and congestion can be the signs of environmental allergies which typically don't develop in children until they are older than 18 months of age.  The common causes of environmengtal allergies are dust and dust mites, pollen, molds, pet dander, and air pollution including cigarette smoke and perfume.  If you think your child may have environmental allergies, talk to your child's doctor.  There are many medications that can help alleviate symptoms and allergy testing if your child's doctor thinks it is warranted.

Rarely, some children will have a sensitivity to a diaper brand, but this is usually evident by a rash in the diaper area, not sneezing or congestion.
