Doubtful, but. . . : The use of digestive enzymes can be beneficial for many patients. The side effects are mostly GI related, with occasional skin rash. So your dental sensitivity is probably not related to the supplements, but it can be related to your diagnosis. Gastric reflux. Reflux can bathe your teeth in gastric acid, more commonly when you are asleep, and result in sensitive teeth and gums.So keep up treatment.

It depends...: This depends on the cause. At 21 a lack of digestive enzymes (or low hydrochloric acid) is less likely than an imbalance of flora. Probiotics may help but if you have intestinal parasites or overgrowth of candida anti-microbial herbs may help too. You may also have gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance or other food sensitivities, or magnesium/other nutrient deficiencies. Find ; treat the cause!

I don't think so.: These are two different pathophysiology. You do not need digestive enzyme supplements if you do not have any deficiencies, i.E . Pancreatic deficiency . For acid reflux you need h-2 receptor antagonists, like zantac or tagamet, and/or  proton pump inhibitirs like zegrid, nexium, (esomeprazole) Omeprazole etc.

Incompetent: Gastro-esophageal sphincter (valve between stomach and esophagus). You need to see a gastroenterologist for there are several conditions that need to be ruled out.

: The time frame for the development of an allergic reaction to any substance is highly variable and can be within days,weeks,months or years of taking the substance.   I have seen allergic reactions the first day a person has taken a new medication presumably from a cross reaction to another medication taken in the past.Last one was after taking the first dose of the antiCovid medication, Paxlovid

: Taking creatine is not doing you any good other than lightening your wallet. Your eGFR level indicates mild renal impairment and it is imperative that you consult a nephrologist to ascertain the cause and take measures to avoid additional damage to the kidneys,
Drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless.

No: Dry mouth is a common side-effect of medications and can be seen with scleroderma and is a side-effect of radiation for throat cancer.  Medication side-effect is by far the most common and can be seen with anti-depressants, anti-histamines and some blood pressure medications.  It is not related to digestion.
