Not really: Deja vu is a symptom of temporal lobe seizures which may be from brain damage but could also be from faulty wiring of the temporal lobe that happened spontaneously.

Hello. : Hello. These are interesting symptoms. I know that you said that you have googled it to try to determine the cause. Have you been evaluated for it? Your symptoms are complex and unusual. They really can't be adequately assessed through an email format. It sounds like it is not exclusively occurring while asleep, when falling asleep or when waking from sleep.(?) i suggest a comprehesive neurological evaluation if one has not already been done. If symptoms occur just prior to falling asleep or as you are waking up, a polysomnogram (sleep study) would be a valuable diagnostic tool.  If these are negative, then a psychiatric evaluation might prove helpful.  Take care.

if an arachnoid cyst was over the temporal pareto region, would / could this cause deja vu seizures? temporal lobe epilepsy? if it was causing this would it be detected by an eeg or no? how do eegs correlate to mri findings / how accurate?

Difficult diagnosis: Early symptoms of brain tumor include headache, dysfunction of portions of the body, seizures, weird sensations and sometimes visual changes.  Opticians make eyeglasses and do not have the training to diagnose eye problems let alone brain tumors.  Optometrists are deficient in this as well.  At age 12 a pediatric ophthalmologist should be consulted or neurologist if there is any issue of tumor.

Headache while bendi: Headache while bending is sinus or structural. Hairfall. Lots of reasons, hair dye, tight bandana, low thyroid, hair pulling etc. Pale skin (sometimes attractive). The three are probably not related though red-haired folks with pale skin tend to have higher rate of allergies which is a cause of sinus conditions with secondary headaches.

my sister hit her head with bare hands with full force on both right and left side of head before 5 days.she is having minor headache and no other symptoms.is it serious?what damage would have happen to brain.any major problem will happen to her life

Low Risk: The hits you describe are rather violent, but the force generated by hitting one's own head is not dramatic.  She likely has a headache because she jarred her head and may have gotten a concussion.  Long-term damage is unlikely but not zero.  If it persists longer than a week, have her evaluated by her family physician.
