Yes: Gabapentin and cylobenzaprine have the potential to cause confusion, drowsiness, and more shallow breathing. The two *may* be taken together, but the best bet is the first time you are taking the two together, do it both when you plan on being awake for awhile *and* when you do not plan to drive (or operate heavy machinery) in the next few hours to see what kind of effect the two together have.

Getting drunk: Irrespective of when and what you took - it is never safe to get drunk. Given that you took cyclobenzaprine it dies cause dizziness and I would avoid any alcohol for at least 24 hrs.

Probablly Not: Unless you are obvously sedated or impaired. It may not be compatible with certain duties like being a pilot or in other critical situations. You probably risk some sort of discipline for taking a drug which the military is not aware of, however.

Cyclobenzaprine: The recommended dose is 5- 10 mg 2-3 times /day for 2- 3 wks. It needs to be at lower dose for people with liver problem. Decision had to be made based on your other conditions and medications you are on. It is better to take lower dose with other modalities to control the pain.

That is too much: You are taking too large of a pdose.  The medication is typically written as 5 or 10 mg three times a day as needed to treat muscle spasm.  You may want to discuss options with your treating physician.

Yes: There is no contra-indication but a 31 year old  with high blood pressure and diabetes and muscle pain might be deficient in vit d and magnesium. A change and diet and exercise might help as well.

Migraine for a week?: Generally, you want to take a triptan for migraines asap at onset of migraine.  Having a migraine for a week is quite odd.  I personally prefer newer triptans with longer 1/2 lives like frova, relpax, (eletriptan) or zomig....I also prefer treximet over just plain imitrix.  If his blood pressure is controlled and does not have any present heart disease, okay to try. Expect warm pressure around head ; neck.
