No: If a woman takes Clomid (clomiphene) and ovulates her period will come.  If a woman takes Clomid (clomiphene) and doesn't ovulate then usually her period won't come, but that isn't because the Clomid (clomiphene) stopped her cycle, but because the Clomid (clomiphene) at that dose didn't cause her to ovulate.  If she did ovulate and her period doesn't come then she should check a pregnancy test 14-16 days after the positive ovulation predictor.

took clomid for 5days, the dr. stop my period using mefenamic and tranexamic june 9 weakly positive and 19 turns out positive both blood pregnancy test july 5 theres still no baby on ultrasound is it normal? took duphaston 2 weeks but no period?

: Positive pregnancy tests do not date the age of the pregnancy.  Ultrasound will not show a yolk sac or fetus until about 5-6 weeks of intrauterine growth.  No bleeding after duphaston , is consistent with pregnancy. See your OB provider for further guidance.

Why stop?: Your doctor put you on the medication and your periods are normal.  Do not stop unless your doctor tells you.  If you stop your periods can become abnormal and decrease the likelyhood of pregnancy.

Ovulation induction: IF you were attempting to cause ovulation with cabgolin combined with clomid (clomiphene), (clomiphene)  with no menstrual period as yet, if you were sexually active, obtain a serum HCG test for pregnancy, and if negative, stop the progesterone gel.  You may need to increase the clomid (clomiphene) dosage for the next attempted cycle.
