Unlikely: Chocolate allergy is uncommon (most people who have allergic reactions to chocolate are actually reacting to other allergens such as milk, peanut or nuts).  Usually food allergies do not trigger asthma except in infants.

No effect: If you believe in this concoction it may help you relax.However, there is no data to suggest it might help prevent, treat, or worsen asthma. In theory, an allergy to the material could worsen it, but allergies   account foe less than 5% of asthma triggers.

Possibly : Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is an antihistmaine. If your asthma trigger is allergic, then it would be helpful. However side effects-sleepiness, dry nasal passages, etc. Are very comon. Claritin which has less side effects would be a better choice. Remember that a drug like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can "thicken" lung secretions and make them harder to cough up. Check with your physician before anything.

Complex: formoterol, salmeterol and vilanterol, all are LABAs (long acting bronchodilators).The FDA several years ago issued a Black Box warning that these agents shouldn't be used alone for long term control of asthma, or acute asthma flares, and should be used in combination with ICS, once asthma is controlled they should be stopped. see an asthma specialist, check aaaai.org for an allergist in ur area

Expected: LABAs (Long Acting Beta Agonists) can produce those side effects in some patients, if making your asthma symptoms worse, please stop taking them and talk to your doctor, at times they lead to paradoxical bronchospasm rather than dilatation, and should not to be used during an asthma attack, take care
