Perhaps: Possibly more common would be secondary electrolyte changes due to the mechanism of fluid retention involved with the fludrocortisone.  Have these been checked recently.  Also, with POTS, a mast cell activation syndrome could be considered.

Amitiza (lubiprostone) &amp; thyroid: Amitiza (lubiprostone) can cause joint pain. How long have you been on this med?
When was the last time your thyroid was checked? If real recent, was the blood work normal? Hypothyroidism can cause muscle spasms&amp; joint pain even neuropathy type symptoms in the limbs.  Drinking tonic H2O or club soda, which contains quinine; eating 1Tbsp mustard, or drinking apple cider vinegar may help muscles w/o prescription.

Reformulated: Eltroxin has been reformulated and may not have the same potency it did before. You should never change brands of thyroid replacement without getting your levels carefully checked 6 and 12 weeks after changing.

Many causes: The most common cause is building up a oxygen debt, producing lactic acidosis and subsequent  muscle cramps. Other cause could be overuse syndrome causes diffuse local muscle pain.

Unlikely: It is possible for any drug to cause muscle pain, but this is not one of the common side effects for ceephalexin.  The more common side effects are diarrhea, hypersensitivity, low white count and anemia.

Many causes: Lump after injury can be hematoma  which generally resolves or it can be subperiosteal hematoma generally over the shin which can calcify and become hard  One can have damage of the Fascia of the muscle and muscle herniation which will be a soft lump most likely that muscle herniation is the reason for the lump below the previous one Get it checked by your doctor to be sure Good luck
