Possible: Opiate drug use causes testosterone levels to drop.  When opiates stop then testosterone  levels can rise up again although it may take a while, like months.

i take urine drug screens, i've had 3 come back with alcohol/glucose. i don't drink or take meds that have alcohol in them. any ideas as to what might be going on? also, i'm on methadone is the reasoning behind screens and have been on md for 19 yrs?

: If you are diabetic, the glucose in urine could be fermented by yeast to produce alcohol may give a false positive result, especially if urine sits at for some time before testing.

i take methadone on a daily basis an had a drug test that came up positive for opiate an negative for methadone can this be true???

Yes: lab errors happen.if u have take home bottles, get retested so your take home bottles aren't taken away. Currently it appears that you are not taking methadone. Lab errors do happen,though.

i have body aches (like the start of the flu) constantly. i exercise, and eat healthy on a daily basis. all of my test results have come back normal?

Thank you for informing about dizziness ,vomiting, and use of  Aspirin  and  Dramamine (dimenhydrinate).

It is likely that body aches are  due to flu or stress; dizziness due to Aspirin, Dramamine (dimenhydrinate) or stress; and vomiting due to Aspirin.

tested positive for herpes 2 by culture 10 months ago,  since then every blood test has come back negative and ive not had symptoms again but take aciclovir suppression daily. am i negative or positive?

: Herpes is one strain of a family of viruses well known for their ability to hibernate in the human body indefinitely after the primary infection clears. If you were positive by culture, expect it to reside in your body for life. Taking meds to suppress it can prevent you from being contagious, or seeing outbreaks.

diagnosed with fibromyalgia. if multiple blood tests for lupus come back negative, should i just accept that i feel awful daily from the fibro?

Narcolepsy: This very well may be a sleep disorder such as sleep apnea or narcolepsy.  I would advise an evaluation at your local sleep clinic.

reoccurring migraines for over a year. i was put on fioricet (acetaminophen butalbital and caffeine) by my neuro which helps but the migraines are coming back. causes of daily headaches?

Migraines: there are two approaches to treating migraine.  Abortive medications such as fioricet, Imitrex, Relpax (eletriptan).  The other approach is the prophylactic approach with meds such as Topamax.  In your case it sounds like you may have migraines and med rebound headaches.  Consider asking your neurologist for a preventive therapy.

i've had throat spasms for yrs. a yr ago i had my gallbladder removed and the throat spasms all but stopped, only happened a couple times. all of a sudden they have returned worse than ever on a daily basis. why would they have gone and come back?

Pregnant ?: Home pregnancy tests may be "negative" if used at the time one's period is "due".  Wait a week and if no period occurs, test again.  If still in doubt, get a serum HCG test which is accurate even with low amounts of pregnancy hormone.
