Histamine: Histamine and postaglandins are released to help co ordinate the complete renewal of the uterine lining in its entirety.  Histamine can then  secondarily result in the release of adenaline and the "shakiness" that you describe.

should i only get a regulation blood period method like tea infusion better then any medication? i been recently with pcos but i did my last blood exam all was good i didn't go to doctor soon but i'm with my menstruation a little late but okay

PCOS ?'s : True "PCOS" usually occurs with no or very infrequent ovulation.  Bleeding after long intervals with PCOS can occur, but is usually caused by estrogen withdrawal bleeding, not post ovulatory "normal" menstruation.  See your gyn physician, and ask about low dose oral bcps, the treatment of choice for PCOS patients. This will prevent later adverse uterine effects from PCOS.

No. see MD: Menstrual blood is uterine/vaginal. Rectal blood is something and somewhere else. At your age, likely hemorrhoidal. Bowel habit can change with menstruall cycle. See md.

This usually corrects itself over the next few cycles. If it continues see your doctor to discuss cycle regulation. Birth control is very effective at regulating the cycle and preventing pregnancy.

DISEASE FROM BLOOD: Unless you were barefooted the risk of disease is minimal. Blood borne diseases, for the most part, are sensitive to air/light. There are a few exceptions. Stepping on blood with a shoe is no big deal. Wash it off with soap and water. Wash your hands before and after this process. If you touched the blood, there is a bit more risk. If you were barefoot, there is risk.

Blood with sex: If this is a one time thing it is not a worrisome event.  It could be due to your impending period, it could be due to trauma or bleeding from a vascular cervix called an ectropion.  However, if bleeding with intercourse is recurrent meaning it happens severalties, then you need to get in for a pelvic exam as this could be a sign of more serious things such as cervical cancer.

No, it does not.: Dark blood is simply older blood.  The fact that you had your period means that you are not pregnant.
