Nosebleeds: One of the most common causes of nosebleed is poking at your nostril.  Apply firm pressure to stop bleeding, with or without a plug of facial tissue.  Increasing humidity inside your home can help as well.

I recommend an examination by a gynecologist. He/she can refer you to another specialist if advisable after the gyn evaluation.

Cheilitis: Lip dermatitis is quite common. Lip-licking, as an attempt to add moisture, often flares the problem. A greasy ointment (petroleum jelly) can help. Stopping lip-licking is essential. In addition, some people develop contact dermatitis to gum, toothpaste, or other cosmetics.  Flavored lip balm is a frequent cause. Greasy emollients, otc hydrocortisone, and stopping flare factors will improve lips.

Cat scratch: If the scratch was superficial and the wound well cleaned and the cat is a healthy one belonging to your friend, I would simply observe the area. If spreading redness or fever ensues, get examined by your physician. If your tetanus immunization status is up to date,that is further reassurance.

Dog bite result: It depends on whether the skin was broken . If the skin wasn't broken then you dhouldnt have an problem. If the skin was broken make sure you get proper wound care from a physician.If you know the dog that bit you make sure that he's had his shots are that he doesn't get sick in a few days. If you don't know the dog you may have to notify the police for a possible rabies alert.
