Brain aneurysm: Not to worry. The aneurysm is occluded and not at risk for rupture. After one year the risk for compaction of the coils and recurrence of the aneurysm is exceedingly low. The coils are MRI compatible so you can have MRI scans too.

today i stood up and hit my head on an open cabinet door (the sharp corner). could this cause a brain aneurysm to form? or a closed  skull fracture?

No and unlikely: It will not form an aneurysm and it is unlikely that you have a skull fracture. Skull bones are quite sturdy.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

No, not possible.: No, trauma to the head cannot cause an aneurysm. But I want to make sure we are using the terms in a similar fashion. An aneurysm is an unstable blood vessel, a bleed in the brain is a different process. A hard enough trauma could cause bleeding in the brain or it could (rarely) cause rupture of an existing aneurysm.

No. Most aneurysms have a genetic component. Risk factors include :
Family history
Circulatory disorders, malformations 
Atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries)
High blood pressure
Smoking
Head injuries
Infections
Tumors

No: Aneurysms form most commonly as a result of a weakened area of the blood vessel wall which may become enlarged (forming an aneurysm) over time. High blood pressure and smoking may accelerate this process but it is not related to trauma.

can working out and straining on the toilet cause a brain aneurysm? im 27 and workout a lot ive head head pain on left side im worried that i may have an aneurysm? is this something that happens to my age group,  no blood pressure issues?

No: Cerebral aneurysms are not "caused" like that. They develop from tiny weak spots in the walls of arteries that are either congenital or develop with aging. Smoking (ANYTHING) further damages the weak spots &amp; may in fact cause weak spots that become aneurysms. A lot of people have aneurysms they never know about because they never rupture.

when i'm on my boyfriends motorcycle, it shakes my body and my head so much that my teeth rattle. could the constant shaking cause a brain aneurysm to form?

Doubtful: But it could cause traumatic injury such as concussion, or fractures to your teeth, or damage to the jaw joint.  You might want to consider having your Dentist fabricate a mouth guard to protect you from injury.

Probably not: Sounds like  neuritis of Trigeminal Nerve.

: Not feasible to attribute ALL your problems to the "aneurysm", but depending upon location, and size, of  aneurysm, a potential for the tingling focally  on right side could be due to vascular flow issues.  Would evaluate your symptoms further with a neurosurgical consult, as it is best to be cautious and safe.
