It's fine: Hot water while it can temporarily increase body temperature can sometimes help with fever because of the loss of heat through dilated blood vessels on the skin after bathing.  If it feels good I think fine. I sometimes take a hot bath when I feel a slight cold coming on and I believe it sometimes helps to avoid becoming more ill..no evidence just personal experience.  Avoid becoming light-headed.

Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose your toddler's problem. However, his fever rose to 104, he is not eating, he is complaining of pain near his ribs and he has a bad cough.  Is he having difficulty breathing or wheezing?  There are many possible causes for this type of fever in a toddler; influenza is a common one.  The american academy of family physicians recommends that 104 degree fever be evaluated by a physician.  I recommend that he be seen. Take care.

Fever not all bad: You don't have to "get rid" of the fever. It is just a symptom. Increased body temperature actually helps your immune system fight infections - that's why your body creates one when you are sick. However, if he is in pain or uncomfortable because of his illness and you want to do some tylenol, (acetaminophen) there are suppositories you can use (they go in his butt). Ask pharmacist for them because kept in fridge.

Fish smell urine: Probably something in what she ate or drank.  If it doesn't smell like an infection then she should be fine
