Gargle: When gargling try not to exhale when you empty your mouth as this causes the throat muscles to close which sends water up the back of your throat and up your nose. Gargle with warm salt water. iSore throat,fever, cough with a sensation of discomfort are the classic covid19 symptoms. Also exposure to cases or living in an endemic area are important factors. Yes: But the acid helps decay-producing bacteria rot your teeth.  Best way to whiten, have your Dentist supervise.

See a dermatologist: You need to get the correct diagnosis before  geting advice. Ask your physician to have you see a dermatologist. You can try T-gel shampoo until then.

No: These remedies are not effective for lice. Otc treatments like rid or nix (permethrin) are much more likely to be helpful, and if they don't clear the problem see a physician.

Acid burn.: Vinegar is acidic.  Tannic acid in tea is acidic.  Not an appropriate remedy.  Get Orabase-B at your pharmacy.  Dab on small amount w q-tip.  Call your Dentist for appt ASAP.  Dentist may want to prescribe Kenalog (triamcinolone).  Take OTC analgesics exactly as directed on package.  From now on limit vinegar to cleaning and cooking...it's not a mouth wash.

Neither: Nits are the eggs of head lice, so you are right to seek a treatment that kills both.  Vinegar and oil tend to fail.  Pesticides can be toxic.  We recommend harmless interventions, like forming a silicon shell on the head with applications such as licemd.
