Anxiety treatment: Seeking treatment  with a psychotherapist would be a great start.  Evaluation of the underlying issues that have you obsessed with your tonsils despite reassurance from your physician may be tremendously helpful.  Additionally, Xanax (alprazolam) may not be the appropriate drug for you.

Jaw pain: Please see doc to rule out medical issues then get health anxiety treated w/the help of a clinical psychologist.  Clinical hypnosis and self-hypnosis training (www.asch.net) can be very effective.  Peace and good health.

Be seen: I would certainly be seen by a primary care doctor to have these issues discussed and come up with a plan to get you better.  Treatment of your anxiety alone may help in relieving some of your other symptoms.

Doubtful: It sounds more like one of the various kinds of headache we see rather than a brain tumor which is much more rare. You don't mention how long this has been occurring. It almost sounds like cluster headaches although those typically occur just on one side of the head at a time. Could be atypical. I would advise consulting with your primary care provider to discuss diagnoses and possible therapies

Migrainous: You have migranous symptoms, but clearly you also have sinus inflammation.  Really depends on how frequent your headaches are ... Whether you can use only abortive therapy or preventative therapy.  Best to check with your doctor.

Complex question: Ear pain or otalgia can be caused by a variety of diseases.  Ear infection, masticatory muscle spasm, neck pain, referred pain  from the throat, or larynx are a few.  Another entity associated with both ear pain and headache is inflammation of the temporal artery (temporal arteritis).  Jaw joint pain can refer pain to the head.  Migraine is a possibility.  Lack of  hearing loss rules out the ear.

Yes, Congestion can: Prevent one ear from draining w ^pressure. Cold tips: for sore throat – gargle with warm salt water (1/2 tsp salt in 8 oz of water). * for congestion – saline nose drops or a neti pot. *for anti-inflammatory effect ; mobilizing mucus- homemade chicken noodle soup.**for hydration- lots of water. Try clear broth. * add honey ; a small amt. Of lemon juice to chamomile tea.

A couple thoughts: Commonly, infections & allergies cause this combo of symptoms. Other possibilities commonly seen in my osteopathic medical practice are anything which can affect the muscles attached to the head (rib, thoracic spine, clavicle, neck spine or muscle-even sacral dysfunction).Another common cause of this combo is TMJ dysfunction. Most of these are diagnosed & treated well with osteopathic manipulation.

Ear: Ear pain is often a sign of inflammation.  The loud roaring sound is known as "tinnitus", and is the normal ear's response to a sudden change in hearing.  I recommend you see an otolaryngologist (ent).
