Not likely: Unless you are calling sore throat from laryngitis or pharyngitis which could possibly be allergic, pain in the back of neck does not happen from allergies.

See a doctor: You will likely need some blood tests to find out.  Your problems are not usual for an allergic condition.

Probably not: Sinus infections can not directly cause body aches.  Upper respiratory allergy does not usually cause muscle aches and neck pain.  A viral infection of the upper respiratory tract can produce all these symptoms.  If so, be patient, drink a lot of fluids and your immune system should kick in.  If these symptoms last for more than 10 days, see your physician.

Contact dermatitis?: Your seasonal allergies are airborne, so would hit primarily moist mucous membranes (eyeballs, inside nose, palate and lungs); would not normally affect intact skin of face, chin, angle of jaw. I have seen extremely high pollen re-erupt childhood eczema on back neck and folds arms legs. Have u considered chemicals in sunscreen or other products causing contact dermatitis? Dermatologist visit?

recovering from rubella. was not vacc'd as a child due to allergy. rash is gone now but i have severe dizziness, headache, neck pain. is this normal?

Rubella?: Rubella characteristically lasts only about 48 hours, and symptoms are usually gone prior to the rash disappearing.  Dizzyness, headache and neck pain can be symptoms of viral or bacterial encephalitis, so see an internal medicine physician or go to an emergency room to make certain.

: You state you have no headaches but still complain of a throbbing discomfort in the right side of your head. I would suspect a migraine like syndrome here. The vasodilation or redness in the ears can be the red ear syndrome seen in migraine. If you haven't consulted a neurologist or headache specialist, I urge you to do so.

Absolutely: Hunching causes stretch of trapezius muscle and erector spinae muscles all of which have attachments in the middle of the spine, neck and base of your skull. Constant strain like one occurring during poor posture can lead to pains in the neck and head.
