Blepharospasm: Blepharospasm is thought to be caused by fatigue, and is associated with stress or lack of sleep.  I am not aware of allergies being related.

Stress: Eye twitching and blurry vision are 2 different symptoms that are usually unrelated.  Most common cause of twitchy eyes are stress.  If you also get clamps in your legs then your parathyroid and calcium should be checked.  Blurry vision needs a complete eye exam.

my left eye has been tearing for about 2 weeks following a week long migraine with eye twitching. the tearing has now started in my right eye. i've tried eye drops, moisturizing and allergy, with out success. any ideas what could be causing this?

Blocked tear ducts ?: If you also have a stuffy nose, the cause can be due to blocked tear ducts. See an opthalmologist if you do not have a stuffy nose.

Twitch: Usually twitching of lids is not serious. Since your problem has been present for a long period of time you should an ophthalmologist for evaluation.Important to be proactive.
