Yes: Seasonal allergic rhinitis is more than just sneezing, runny nose, congestion and itchy nose.  Many people with allergic rhinitis have sleep disorders, headaches, irritability, sinus problems, difficulty concentrating and even depression.  Allergies can be socially embarrassing and disruptive to daily activities.

Not Typical: Food allergies are typically an immediate reaction minutes to a half hour after ingestion of concerning food with symptoms ranging anywhere from hives, wheezing, itching, shortness of breath, wheezing, vomiting, or syncope (fainting). Light headedness could be associated with drop in blood pressure but brain fog is not a typical sign of allergy. Skin testing by allergist will sort things out.

Likely some or all: I would presume that you have nasal symptoms from dust mite exposure and allergic rhinitis has been associated with memory/cognitive impairment plus fatigue and is thus the most likely suspect. Certainly chronic sinusitis needs be treated .

Get sleep study: There are many possibilities with excessive sleepiness. One that is commonly missed is a sleep disturbance called sleep apnea, among others. It these your system does not enter the deep sleep level needed to restore your system even though you "sleep" for a normal duration. It is something I would look to long before considering allergies or vitamin deficiency.

Multiple symptoms: Many times when person develop multiple symptoms, they seek one unifying diagnosis. Unfortunately, one cause may not be the answer. Seek an opinion for each problem. I would start with the swollen lymph nodes. The evaluation of swollen lymph nodes may be best addressed by a general surgeon who might need to perform a biopsy to establish an accurate diagnosis.

Brain fag: Brain fag is seen post virus, autoimmune, toxic states and sometimes allergies. Skin rash that persists requires a skin doctor to give an opinion first. Faood allergies are looked at at the end of this investigation.

Leaky gut?: The only testing for a leaky gut is still done in experiments using mannitol or Lactulose. Your fatigue and brain fog may be due more to IBS. Food allergy causes reproducible symptoms like rash, diarrhea, vomiting, wheezing.

: Seasonal allergic rhinitis/ sinusitis with or without antihistamines, would not be a contraindication to receive a COVID-19 "jab".  Do discuss with your doctor just to be complete, and thorough.

No: Generally speaking no ssri, including escitalopram or lexapro, causes brain fog, and actually should make you more focused by treating anxiety or depression.
