Hello. : Hello. Obviously if you have to urinate every hour, you won't get quality sleep. You need to be evaluated. Causes of needing to urinate could be an infection or enlargement of your prostate. If you are thirsty, drinking often and urinating often - this can be consistent with diabetes. You need a comprehensive evaluation. I think until the source of symptoms is identified and treated, this is likely to become a vicious cycle.

Ops tropism: if you do not have asthma or copd then why are you using ipatropium as there are side effects to any medication including IPR which includes increase in acid relic increase heart rate dry mouth amongst others serious side effect being difficulty breathing

Acid reflux: Acid reflux is acid from the stomach going up the esophagus and causing pain from irritation.  Usually diet is the most common cause of acid reflux.  Avoid excessive alcohol, caffeine, nicotine.  Try not to lay down after eating.  Weigh loss and avoiding tight constricting garments will also help.  Recurrent or persistent abdominal pain or reflux should be evaluated by your doctor.
