PCOSOVARIAN: It may not be difficult at all depending on the severity. Also the earlier it's treated, the less likely it is to cause infertility.

Unlikely: There is a very small chance of having an ectopic pregnancy in the circumstance you describe. If there are any suspicious symptoms, a pregnancy test is still appropriate.

Not in your future: Someone with streak ovaries does not make eggs, and if your genetic profile shows you to be xy, you have a condition that is incompatible with you getting pregnant.You can look into adoption or other methods of having kids, but there is no treatments that can change what you were born with. Sorry to have to give you such news.

Yes if all healthy: More important than size is the functionality of those organs (normal ovulation and menstrual cycles)

Talk to a specialist: Successful pregnancy requires a complex hormone milieu. I don't know if it can be done with exogenous hormone administration, but seems like it should be possible.

Unlikely: I believe in miracles but this would be highly unlikely and unexpected.  With the ovary gone on the left and no direct connection from the right it would be near impossible for an egg from your right ovary to find its way into the uterus for implantation and fertilization.  Not necessarily impossible but having it to happen would border on the miraculous.  Modern methods could assist you though.
