No worries: Clorox brand is usually bleach products, but has other products too. Low levels of household cleaner vapors or fumes is not a problem, but always try to have good ventilation. That means yes, a person may clean house and do laundry before, during, and after pregnancy. No worries.

Most common: The first trimester is the most common time for a miscarriage, which is why 1st OB appointments are often after 10-13 weeks.  At this time, it could be from a  host of reasons ranging from hormonal, to genetic, to medications, to anatomic.  Because they are so common in the 1st trimester, we usually do not begin to evaluate miscarriages unless you have had more than 2.

Cholestasis : Cholestasis typically causes total body itching. It most often occurs in the 3rd trimester. There are many other common causes of vaginal itching. Schedule a visit with your Obgyn for an exam and testing.
