Acetaminophen : One baby Aspirin daily is known to be safe at any time during a pregnancy, and is sometimes prescribed for various obstetrical complications. For analgesia, Aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents are cautioned against, especially beyond 34 weeks.
