Forget calcium: There is no reason for a 25 year to take calcium supplements. Studies have shown they have little or no benefit but carry some risk.

Unlikely: Calcium in the pill is unlikely to cause the symptoms. Iron can irritate the stomach. If you are unable to tolerate oral iron, your doctor can give you the whole dose in one IV infusion.

Vitamins: Yes, you can but there will be interactions. This is one of the issues with multivitamin and mineral preparations and why getting your nutrients from regular food is best. Just one example of interactions: all minerals with a chemical 'double plus' like calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and copper get absorbed through the same channel and same area of the small intestine. Absorption of one will block.

Yes: It is important to try to find the source of lead to minimize further exposure. Vit. C, calcium & iron can help, as can vitamin d, zinc & selenium. I also advise pectaclear, which has modified citrus pectin & alginate & is proven to safely lower lead levels. Won't hinder. : Shouldn't hinder it. The vitamin C is adequate to help with iron absorption.

With meals: Taking these pills, especially with meals will reduce stomach irritation.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Prenatal w/iron only: Take the prenatal pill with iron only as it usually contains enough iron and calcium already.

No : That small of a dose of calcium should not have any affect on iron absorption.

Apples, milk: 3 glasses of milk have a 1000 mg of calcium. Green apples have a lot of iron.

Decrease absorption: In low dose, nothing probably will happen.  Calcium and iron are taken together in a multivitamin all the time.  At higher dose, you might get GI upset.  Regarding efficacy, you get less iron absorption if taken with calcium.  It is recommended to take iron 2 hr before or 4 hr after calcium supplementation.
