can a pill to lower calcium and iron be taken together

A 31-year-old female asked:
Dr. Ronald Krauser
51 years experience Rheumatology
Forget calcium: There is no reason for a 25 year to take calcium supplements. Studies have shown they have little or no benefit but carry some risk.
