Apples, milk: 3 glasses of milk have a 1000 mg of calcium. Green apples have a lot of iron.

Veggies and beans!: If you eat meat, meat is an excellent source of iron. If you do not eat meat, beans ad legumes like lentils are a good source or iron. Instead of calcium tablets, you should drink milk, and eat dark leafy green vegetables, including the stem region (broccoli is a good one).
