Possibly: Viagra (sildenafil) requires dose adjustment with hepatic disease, but basically ok if not on nitrates.

Cialis has drun interactions, beyond nitrates and that includes Alpha blockers.  Kidney disease per se is not the problem as much as medications you may be taking to control hypertension or other aspects of your renal disease.

Many choices: The first thing i advise is the Amino Acid l-arginine. 2000 mg before sex usually helps. 
Try a zinc supplement- 15-30 mg of zinc picolinate. 
Ecklonia cava, a seaweed extract sold as seanol or fibroboost may help better than viagra (sildenafil).

Maybe blood flow: Tough to say. You need to see a urologist who does penile duplex ultrasound to see if it's blood flow.

Probably..it depends: 31 y/o really shouldn't be needing this medication to begin with.  If you think you do you should probably get a good general medical evaluation with a primary care provider.  If your BP remains high you may need to be treated for that. Yes, transient blindness has been reported as a side effect of these medications.  All the more reason to be careful and be seen by a doctor before taking any meds.

Erectile Dysfunction: you could take either one of these medications as long as you are not taking nitrates.  The safety profile is essentially the same.

: Olmesartan lowers blood pressure. Cialis and Viagra both cause dilation of the penile blood vessels, and both have side effects of lowering blood pressure. Therefore, a combination of Olmesartan with Cialis or Viagra may cause additional mild to moderate lowering of the blood pressure and cause symptoms of low blood pressure, such as dizziness, lightheadedness, and fainting.

Depends: With these medicines, the is great cross reactivity. If a bad experience results from one, then the others may do the same. If a subtle side effect resulted (headache, stuffiness, etc), then should be ok to try another brand. Consult your md before trying another brand.
