Maybe: Alcohol and Cymbalta (duloxetine) are both metabolized by the liver. That means when you use them both, the alcohol stays in your system longer than it normally would. 
So every drink will feel like 2 or 3. It's not that you CAN'T drink, you just need to exercise caution, because you WILL get drunk faster and you WILL stay drunk longer.
If, however, you have a history of alcohol or drug problems, NO!

Redundant: The combination of sertraline and duloxetine is therapeutically redenant. The combination poses a risk of serotonin syndrome.

If prescribed, okay: There are no interactions noted between Cymbalta (duloxetine) and vicodin.  Deplin is l-methylfolate, a medical food meant to augment your antidepressant (cymbalta) by increasing folate to your nervous system.  It is safe to use with these other meds also.

i am on cymbalta and i took cold medicine, which i found out i shouldnt mix with it. i went to the hospital and was cleared of serious seretonin syndrome though i have mild symptoms. how long does it take to be in the clear? mixed medicines 8hrs ago

Already gone: The longest available decongestant is an24 hour dose, so it should be gone already. Since you are sensitive to this effect, also watch excessive caffeine or any other stimulant (although the chances Ave very low of any interaction in general, you may be more sensitive than most, so act accordingly).

Doc's the judge.: With these two medications there is a possibility of a major drug-drug interaction leading to what is called Serotonin Syndrome.  The doctor must be aware that she is on both medications and weigh the risk/benefits.  If they are working, good, but if agitation, rapid heart beat, nausea, hallucinations, fever, incoordination occur call 911.  This is an emergency if it happens. Notify the Doctor.

Maybe: Though there are no serious interactions between this combination of medications, it would be important to have your kidney function and electrolytes monitored regularly. Make sure all of your doctors know all of your medications if you see more than one doctor.

Possibly: Depending on dose, this combination could result in increased bleeding tendency, and serotonin syndrome, which is characterized by high fever, muscle aches, etc.  Be sure your doctor knows what and how much you are taking.
