1 month itching on face/scalp now also on body. no rash but few isolated red bumps on arm/leg. face itch most intense. no change in soaps/clothes. no meds. cbc, cmp, bmp tests clear. if cancer, would there be other symptoms? what else could it be?

: It could be an allergy, infection etc and you have to be seen to be diagnosed. These are not the usual symptoms of cancer. So pl see your doc or a dermatologist. good luck

theres small tiny red bumps on my hand. only on the back side of my hand not on any other skin. is it possible that hand soap caused it? i accidentally used a hand soap as a hand sanitizer without water for two days. but only one hand has, why?

: If there's no itching an allergic reaction or contact dermatitis isn't likely but still possible. I would expect both hands to have an itchy rash with an allergic reaction. It could be a primary irritation eruption from harsh detergent and/or vigorous rubbing of that hand. You could try applying a mild corticosteroid ointment. See your physician or a dermatologist as needed.

can atopic dermatitis appear as red bumps around the eyes? woke up with such a couple days ago. nothing anywhere else, havent used any new products, soaps etc?

: Yes, from your description, insect bites and contact dermatitis are possible conditions.
Watch for signs of infection.

Fungus: I see that you've tried Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and hydrocortisone. The next step is to see your podiatrist. There's a stronger cream that is dual action called Lotrisone that combines antifungal properties with reducing itch and swelling.  Fungus travels to the legs when you scratch your feet in an upwards toward the legs. It can also be a drug allergy or reaction to new laundry detergent, sheets, socks, jeans.

Dermatitis: You may have contact dermatitis or fungal dermatitis.It is best to see doctor so you can get some  cream for it.

Contact Rash: Typically if you have a one sided specific area it may be related to something you have come in contact with. Make sure you see your primary doctor, and initially look for what may be coming in contact with that area. Also note if there is pus, or redness in the area. Other possibilities include viruses etc, but unlikely just to be in one area.

Not Sure: When you have bumps that come and go quickly, it is unlikely that it is a harmful condition.  Some possibilities include a contact or irritant dermatitis, and hives.  There are rare instances where people are allergic or get rashes to water. As for the dry skin, i like for my patients to apply creams or moisturizers within 5 minutes of bath or shower- cerave & cetaphil are good starting points.
