Sorry: Unfortunately, recreational drugs have many unpredictable side effects.  Consider the migraine as a warning from your body that perhaps worse things could be in the offing if you use this drug again. Even prescription drugs can kill people if they are allergic to them!  that is why any drug must be handled with respect. Sorry!

Signs re-occur....:  It is difficult to determine the cause of the sharp tingling movements one felt all over the body and face without additional history or physical evaluation. They might or might not be related to the said migraine aura. If these signs re-occur one should go back to see PCP for evaluation and treatment if indicated.

hi i just wanted to ask how long nausea with panadeine forte usually lasts? i've taken two tablets for a severe migraine.

Panadeine : This medication contains codeine which can cause nausea. It should dissipate in 4-6  hours. Taking it with food may reduce or prevent  the side effect of nausea. Taking ginger or drinking flat ginger ale helps reduce nausea once present. Dramamine reduces nausea but may combine with codeine to cause drowsiness.

Sinus infection: Sinus infection can cause frontal headaches, pressure behind eyes, nasal congestion and post nasal drip. Migraine can cause similar symptoms but usually have associated nause, photophobia, throbbing pain.

Not common: Are the symptoms similar to the ones that you have always experienced with migraines?
Any reason to believe something else might be contributing- allergies, sinus congestion, tooth pain, etc?
Also check your blood pressure. 
If nothing to explain the symptoms please seek medical attention.

This sounds more like a muscle contraction headache.: At this point you need a firm diagnosis whether this is a muscle contraction headache, a sinus headache, a discogenic headache, or a migraine headache. There are some other headaches as well but for your purposes you need a more definitive diagnosis. If you are stressed in your job and workplace it certainly would suggest a muscle contraction headache. If bright lights or loud sound bothers you and you have any visual disturbance such as wiggly lines in your visual field, this could suggest a migraine.
A better answer would be go to your doctor and get a definitive diagnosis.
