Pregnancy: It is possible to conceive inserting sperm in the way.  Sperm live for a maximum of 3 days in the female tract..  If you are late I suggest a home urine test for pregnancy.

Turkey baster method: Affectionately referred to as "turkey baster" technique or method but using needle-less syringe as you've noted is an inexpensive & low tech way to get pregnant. There are many websites describing how this can be managed assuming your partner or semen source is willing. Just be sure to hold still for a while to give sperm a chance to travel. If infertility is an issue, be sure to see reproendo doc.

Pregnancy possible: Pregnancy is always possible if and when any sperm enter vagina during fertile window. Suggest plan B, morning after pill and pregnancy test you miss your next period.

There is no better: way than sex with full penetration, short of artificial insemination.  On another note, you are only 18 and might want to wait a little before burdening yourself with a baby.  Being a single mother is a major risk for child abuse, poor scholastic performance and other less visible issues

: At this point, pregnancy is certainly possible, so if your period is delayed by more than five days, obtain a serum "home" pregnancy test to be certain about pregnancy. The "ipill" is not 100% preventative of pregnancy.

: Practicing safe sex is generally effective, but not foolproof. Your partner should take an OTC pregnancy test. If positive she should see an OBGyn as so as possible for appropriate care.

It's possible: That sperm could be transferred from the condom to your significant other's hands and then into/around your vagina.  The risk of subsequent pregnancy is quite low but still nonzero.  It will be made even much lower if the condom used contained spermicide as some do.
